Terrific Two’s: Friday mornings at 9:00 a.m. OR 11:00 a.m. for a one and a half- hour class. Children registering in this program should ideally be between 30 – 36 months of age prior to September 1, 2021. Beginning in 2008, Jack & Jill established the Terrific Twos program. Terrific Two’s is geared toward children 30-36 months old and lays the foundation for young minds to begin the wonderful road to learning. Your child will participate in circle time to include colors, basic shapes, weather and learn to recognize their name. Children will create developmentally appropriate art related to the daily theme. Maximum child to teacher ratio is 4:1. 

Preschool: M/W or T/Th mornings from 8:55 a.m. – 11:25 a.m. Children registering in this program must be 3 years of age & fully potty-trained prior to Sept. 1, 2021. Jack & Jill three year old programs develop important language and social skills such as taking turns, sharing, sitting for group activities and practicing good manners. The children are given wonderful opportunities to explore, create, and express themselves through dramatization of stories, music, and art projects. Skills developed during this year include cutting, colors, shapes, counting, pre-math skills, measurement, opposites, rhyming and tracking print. Maximum child to teacher ratio is 8:1. 

The choices available for Pre- Kindergarten programs are listed below, please review the days & times. Children registering for the Pre- Kindergarten program must be 4 years of age and fully potty-trained prior to September 1, 2021. Both our 2 Day & 3 Day programs will focus on developmentally appropriate activities that ready the children for Kindergarten while taking a hands-on approach to learning. These programs are perfect for your four or five-year-old to prepare for the fun and learning of Kindergarten. The emphasis of this program is on pre-reading, pre-writing, fine and gross motor skills, rhyming, opposites, colors, shapes and much more. Music, science, literature, art and field trips are all incorporated to round out the experience. Maximum child to teacher ratio is 10:1.

2 Day Pre-K – T/Th sessions at 9:00am-12:45pm. (Families will pack an individual snack-type lunch each day for their child.) 

3 Day Pre-K: M/W/F sessions- AM Class 9:05 am– 11:35 am OR PM Class 12:35pm-3:05pm
